CloseoutLog is operated by Verilune. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the CloseoutLog apps and related services.

Information we collect

• Account information from Sign in with Apple, such as your Apple subject identifier and email address when provided.
• Project, punch list, photo, and team collaboration data you create in the app.
• Subscription and purchase metadata required to validate Team Pro entitlements.
• Technical logs needed to operate sync, media storage, authentication, and support.

How we use information

• Provide authentication, cloud sync, team collaboration, and media storage.
• Validate subscriptions, enforce plan limits, and process App Store billing events.
• Respond to support requests and protect the service from abuse.

Data storage and sharing

Team data is stored on servers we operate to provide sync and media services. We do not sell personal data. We use infrastructure providers necessary to run the service, such as hosting and email delivery providers.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account from the app. Deletion removes your profile, revokes active sessions, and cleans up entitlements associated with your account. Team content may remain for other members until removed by a workspace owner.
