These terms govern your use of CloseoutLog and related services provided by Verilune.

Service description

CloseoutLog provides construction punch-list and closeout documentation tools, including optional cloud sync and team collaboration features through Team Pro subscriptions.

Accounts and subscriptions

• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Team Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple and subject to Apple’s terms.
• Plan limits, billing status, and entitlement enforcement may change with product updates.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us the rights needed to store, sync, and display that content to provide the service.

Termination

You may stop using CloseoutLog at any time and delete your account from the app. We may suspend access for violations of these terms or to protect the service.

Disclaimer

CloseoutLog is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
